Mindfulness Workshops

Rachel Tobin is taking mindfulness classes for both adults and children.

The adult classes will be run: Wednesdays, 6 – 7pm | 15 Oct – 26 Nov, (one week’s break date tbc), Ocean Road, Paekakariki | $90 |

The children’s classes will be run: Wednesdays, 4.30 – 5.15pm | 15 Oct – 26 Nov, (one week’s break date tbc) | Ocean Road | Paekakariki| $90 (child + parent or caregiver) |
