Neighbour of the week is Micheal Lloyd.   Michael is a Foley artist and sound engineer who has worked on Shortland street and various films and also also engineered for many album recordings .  He’s going to share some of the tricks of his trade with us and we will do a bit of foleying in the studio. He is also our local Keas leader and junior soccer coach, and is in the process of publishing his first novel which we will be discussing. Tony Taylor and Michael O’Leary talk to Mark about Beatlemania, mass hysteria and a long lost John Lennon interview, published in Mr O’leary’s latest book Future Kapiti – Long Term Plan – Janet Holborow.  Ward Councillor for Paekakariki/Raumati, will be talking about the draft Kapiti Long Term Plan and how we can make sure the needs of the village are heard and supported through the submission process.
