As a responsible broadcaster, Paekakariki FM complies with the broadcasting code of practice. If you feel that standards have been breached or you have any concern generally about what you’re heard or how we operate, you can make a complaint either in writing, verbally or by email. Please take these concerns and complaints to the programme manager Mark Amery or committee chair Sarah Te One, rather than the presenter of the show in question. You will need to state the name of the programme, the date and time it aired. If you are making a formal complaint you will in addition need to note the standard that you believe has been breached. These can be read here. Send your concerns or complaints to email [email protected], or mail to P O Box 6833, Marion Square, Wellington 6141. Complaints must be made within 20 working days of the programme’s transmission, and we have 20 working days to reply to you.
